N-20 Studio focuses on sustainability by using high‑quality Italian and Spanish leather efficiently, minimizing waste, and turning leftover pieces into smaller items. All products are made to order to avoid overproduction, supporting conscious consumption. Their philosophy is that durable, long‑lasting accessories are the most sustainable choice.

Keep Your leather products away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Find a place for storing the product where it is out of daily sunlight and not directly next to/near/under a heating source. Constant direct sunlight will change the colour of the product and may start to affect the durability of the material. Continuous exposure to heat may cause the product to change its shape and the material to become brittle. Products should also be protected from high levels of water. A small amount of water (such as rain and snow) will not cause excessive damage to the product, but if the item has become soaked, it is advisable to allow it to dry at room temperature in a well-ventilated area. After drying, the leather should be nourished with a moisturiser (see "Moisturising").

Exposure to the aforementioned conditions will cause leather to dehydrate considerably, which will affect its durability and may cause the product details to break. Regular moisturising and waxing of the product can help to counteract dehydration.

Leather can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid placing the product directly in water. Try not to scrub leather excessively. Allow the material to dry at room temperature in a well ventilated area. Products may be cleaned as required, but it is advisable to do so before moisturising.

Chamois should be cleaned water-free with a brush. If a cleaning agent is required, a specialised chamois leather cleaner should be purchased and used accordingly to the instructions on the cleaning product.

Regular moisturising with a cream and/or wax will help to reduce signs of wear and tear caused by use. The need for moisturising will depend on the characteristics of the leather, but we recommend that you do this as soon as the products begins to show signs of scratching from use. At a minimum, products should be moisturised every six months. If the item is used daily, every few months. We recommend the use of balms, beeswaxes and creams specially formulated for leather products. Such products can be purchased from Rivet OÜ, Karnaluks OÜ, Hobuhooldus e-shop and shoe shops (in Estonia). When choosing a care product, make sure that it is not tinted and is suitable for use on natural leather.

The product should be applied with a sponge as a thin layer. It should then be left to absorb for a few hours. We recommend, for example, to moisturise the product in the evening if you want to wear it the next day. It is important not to overload leather with the product, as it will not be absorbed and the surface may remain greasy.

We do not recommend waxing/creaming chamois leather. To do this, you should purchase moisturisers specifically designed for chamois, often in the form of a spray.
